Moses went back to Egypt, and despite being scared and reluctant, put God’s plan into action.  10 plagues later and the Israelites were getting out of Egypt.  He had been transformed from fearful shepherd into a mighty man of God…thought probably didn’t feel much like it at the time…He was transformed by obedience.  Here’s a bible bit from 2 Corinthians 3.18.  And all of us, with unveiled faces, seeing the glory of the Lord as though reflected in a mirror, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another; for this comes from the Lord, the Spirit. When Moses during the 40 years went into the tent of meeting when he came out they said that he had to cover his face it had been transformed into the shining glory of God, just by being in the Lord’s presence.  Moses went to be in God’s presence just so he could be obedient and know what God wanted him to do.  We are being transformed into the likeness of God when we spend time in his presence and are obedient to him.  Whilst you have been reflecting on these passages with me, its not me who has been transforming you…it is God.  It is his word.  When Moses came out of the tent people were filled with awe at what he looked like.  He became awesome.  You will become awesome if you spend time with God and begin to respond when you hear him speaking.  Tomorrow is the last part of this series….a summary and a fulfilled vision
